- Final 4 IC: "Second Chance" - Clay leads briefly, but Brian passes him on the slide puzzle, never looks back, and wins handily.
- Final 4 Tribal: Helen voted out, 3-1 over Jan.
- Final 3 IC: "Slip Through Fingers" - One of the most epic final IC locations, and a surprisingly painful-looking 13-minute challenge, but Brian wins his third individual immunity, fifth individual challenge overall.
- Final 3 Tribal: Jan out, 1-0.
- Final Tribal and Jury vote: It's contentious, especially Ted's and Helen's questions, but Brian wins, 4-3 over Clay.
Episode 13 scoring notes
- F3 Tribal: The scoring for this is weird, but in the modern Survivor context, it's like if Jan and Clay had lost their vote from some stupid advantage. Brian casts the sole vote, he and Jan see 1 TotV, and Brian has the only TCA. Jan gets the 1 VAP of course, but no TCA. Clay is not involved in any way.
- Final Tribal: Had Brian answered Ken's question honestly, maybe it's a 5-2 vote, but Brian had zero chance at Erin's or Penny's votes. Penny's question was 100% about herself, as you would expect, but not only that, but Clay would have had a massive advantage in answering "where did I grow up?" anyway, because he's from the same (Texas/Louisiana) as three of the four Sook Jai jurors. Then again, Jan basing her vote on effort in camp was just as silly. Jurors, what are you gonna do?
F4 vote count:

Jury vote count:

- Clay received 3 votes, from Erin, Ken, and Penny.
