Performance ranks are a quick visual measure of the contestant's season vs. historical data from all prior contestants, in three basic (scorable) categories:
1. Performance in individual challenges (MPF), as a measure of "physical game";
2. Ability to vote people out consistently (VFB%, or VFB/TCA), or "strategic game"; and
3. Ability to avoid being voted against (rVAP, or TCA-VAP) - which scales better than a percentage would - for "social/strategic game."

Official CBS Survivor 48 bio excerpts, (as preserved in Mike Bloom's Parade.com cast reveal, January 29, 2025):
"3 Words to Describe You: Silly, expressive, impatient.
Why do you want to be part of Survivor? I’ve wanted to play since I was 9 cause the challenges looked fun but now I’m old so they look less fun. Instead I want to play a solid, fun game and rep brown girls well, since our representation was non-existent when I was growing up. I wanna show all the brown girls life’s better when you ignore the aunties and do the exact opposite of what they want you to do. You be yourself & you love yourself.
What’s one life experience you feel has prepared you for the game? Failing every step of the way when starting my career. Failed to get into the “right” college program. Failed to transfer into the “right program.” Failed to convert any of my internships into full time jobs. Failed to find a job in the field I wanted. I never let myself mourn my dreams getting crushed. I immediately went into “how do I continue & succeed from here?” mode and it worked out better than expected. Things won’t always go my way in Survivor, but I can handle that!
Which previous player do you identify with the most? Who do you think you will play most like? Identify with the most, Maryanne. She was her fun goofy self out there. Play most like – as much as I’d love to play a dominant game like Tony, I think I’ll end up playing like Erika. Our appearances & mannerisms are so unthreatening, and I think that can help me sneak my way to the end.
What will you value in an alliance partner? Someone with a sense of humor, please!! It’s so hard to be around unfunny people and people who don’t know how to have fun.
Favorite Hobbies: Video games (had to quit MapleStory cold turkey when I got the call because I may have an addiction), lifting, and singing off-key (unintentionally) until my husband asks me to stop.
Pet Peeves: People who message me ‘Hello’ or ‘Can I ask you a question?’ without actually asking their questions until I respond. Every time this happens I lose a year off my life. I’m dead now.
What is the accomplishment you are most proud of? Paying off my parents’ mortgage and becoming a safety net for both my immediate and extended family. Growing up I watched my parents sponsor and house so many of their siblings, parents, nieces, and nephews who made the move to Canada, so it’s the least I can do.
What is something we would never know from looking at you? I played on a women’s semi-professional VALORANT team in 2021 and we placed Top 16 in the North American Women’s League.
...
Why will you be the Sole Survivor? People won’t perceive me as a threat. I’m 5’1” so I’m not a physical threat, and I have a shit vocabulary so I don’t sound smart when I speak. But I promise! There’s a brain up there and it has at least one wrinkle!"
Official CBS Survivor 50: In the Hands of the Fans cast bio excerpts, as published by Mike Bloom at Parade.com (January 28, 2026):
"Why do you want to come back for Survivor 50 and how does it feel to be chosen for this milestone season? The thrill of winning immunity challenges, seeing people fall for my lies… I want to experience it all again! Getting the call for 48 was a dream come true, but getting called back for 50? To play Coach? None of this feels real and I’m afraid I’m going to wake up any moment.
What one life experience since the last time you played do you feel has prepared you for 50? Well it’s only been a year, so I’ll say the experience of watching Survivor 48 with everyone. I got a lot of shit from my friends and family about all the self doubt, so I’m hoping to approach 50 with a lot more confidence.
Coming into this season, what is the Survivor accomplishment you are most proud of? And what are you eager to have another shot at? I am most proud of winning individual immunity twice on what I believe to be the most athletic season of Survivor to date. But also, PLEASE LET ME PARTICIPATE IN ANOTHER FIRE MAKING CHALLENGE. I don’t care about making fires at camp, I need to make fire in a head to head for redemption.
What would you say is your Survivor reputation and how will you manage that perception in the game? Even though we all watch the same edit, different people will have different perceptions of me. Some may see me as Kyle’s goat. Some may see me as a challenge liability or puzzle beast. Some may see me as untrustworthy and some may see me as loyal #1. My goal is for them to only see the parts of me that are beneficial to them.
What is your strategy going into 50? And how will it differ from previous time(s) you’ve played? It really depends on who feels threatened by me and who doesn’t. I may need to bring my bus back to Fiji, or who knows, I may start an ‘Honesty & Loyalty’ cult with Coach.
Survivor fans have had the opportunity to help shape the game this season by voting on various elements – what are you hoping makes the cut and why? Listen – I hate final four fire making but I need it back so I can redeem myself. Also no rice please. The lack of food affects bigger people more than smaller people so I’d like them all to deteriorate faster than me.
At this point in your life who is your biggest inspiration and why? Just like last year, and for the same reason, it’s my parents. They are actual survivors who went through so much yet are still the most selfless people I know.
Why will you be the Sole Survivor? It will be an uphill battle, but I’ll be the sole survivor because I am a proven expert in throwing people under the bus and making them look worse than me. I also have nothing to prove to anyone which gives me the freedom to play however I want."
