Not
much to go on here. Once the ads start airing, there may be a
shot or two of this challenge. So far all we have is the wording
from the episode listing:
"a tricky immunity challenge puts brains and brawn to the test
as the weary castaways fight for a guaranteed spot in the final
five."

So who wins? From the tv ads, it's reasonably
clear that the challenge consists of an obstacle course, with
puzzle tables at the starting line. As far as we can tell, the
contestants dig under the first barrier, cross the balance beams,
go under the ropes. Then, it appears that numbers are posted
at the far end of the course. They stare at them for a while
(as Taj is shown doing in the "City Slicker/Cowboy" cap),
then have to go all the way back to their puzzle tables and reproduce
the digits, in order.
Update: From the Probst
preview, it appears this may be a two-stage challenge, where
the second stage involves watching a series of books on a rotating
bar, and frantically copying down the mathematical operation
(+, -, X, etc.) on the books as they spin around (then presumably
doing a long math equation on their digits from the first round
at the end). Only
JT and Stephen are shown in this bit (below), although there
could be others. As ILT notes
at MeSS, with this new info in mind, the hug above may just be
the two advancing to the final stage. Although regardless, it
looks like one of them still wins.

So who wins? Well, luckily, CBS felt generous this
week, and showed us the winner celebrating (sort of). JT and
Stephen are shown hugging right after Probst blesses one of their
answers (although, again, this could be just at the end of the
first stage, if it's a two-stage challenge).Which one of JT and
Stephen wins? It's hard to see how JT could beat Stephen at the
second stage, so we'd guess Stephen
wins.
