Samoa episode 2 combined reward/immunity challenge

This
one has absolutely no connection to Samoan culture, but it does
derive from Survivor crew culture, so we'll give them a pass
this time (video here of
the crew - plus Jeff Probst - making shots). The crew version
seems to mostly consist of tossing rugby balls into buckets,
but it appears they've added a stadium and lots of rules for
the Survivor contestant version.
As noted by VolcanicGlass at
Sucks, this appears to be a combined reward and immunity challenge. The
immunity idol is visible next to Probst, and behind Betsy and
Liz, there is a basket containing flippers and other swimming/fishing
supplies.
As for the version of schmergenball used
in the show, there appear to be six people per tribe on the court
at once: three in the dirt, fighting over balls, which they must
toss to their three shooters, who are standing on a platform
behind the playing pit. The shooter then have to make it into
a basket sitting across the court, in front of the opposing tribe's
platform. Both
tribes also have three subs, and it looks like people rotate
between the bench, shooting, and wrestling in the middle. Except
Monica, who's sitting out. As the challenge progresses, people
begin sitting down on the benches when they're rotated out (not
that this helps determine the score).

So who wins? Well, since Yasmin is shown in
Foa Foa camp, we'd guess that Foa Foa wins and picks Yasmin to
join them in camp. Bad luck, Galu. Except that in the (second)
PIP sports promo, which SurvivorPheonix captured and uploaded
here, Shannon
is clearly carrying the reward equipment (see VolcanicGlass's
post at Sucks). And since it's Yasmin that got taken to Foa Foa
camp, Galu must have won that equipment in the
RC/IC. So, uh, good work, Galu!
Oh,
and then there's the issue of who gets tossed from the challenge.
We'd guess one of the hotheads featured in the leadup to the
first IC (Ben or Erik). But it could be just about anyone, in
theory. Since they're not tossed from the
game, seems marginally interesting. Although kittygrinder (in
their first post!) seems to have it figured out: "the 'Puss
in Boots' Ben is sitting on the side, now there
should be only three players on the platform not four, because
that leaves only five members of the Foa tribe in play when there
should be six. So to me it appears the mystery is over and 'Puss
in Boots' gets the boot in this challenge leaving his tribe
at a disadvantage with Jaison wrapped up by Russ S, and Ashly
left to try, and take on John and Yasmin by herself."
