| Survivor:
Samoa episode 10 detailed immunity challenge spoilers/
speculation |
This
time, the challenge shown in the web promo involves (in the first
round) the old Survivor standby, tossing things at plates to
smash them. It's not a season of Survivor without countless
ceramic shards. Not clear that this is necessarily an IC, but
without seeing the necklace or the other challenge, hard to say.
The first round appears to have all ten remaining
contestants competing to smash three plates each. If their aim
sucks, they also have a decent shot at breaking their opponents'
plates for them. Everyone appears to take turns. There's another
"shooting" challenge shown, with Brett shooting a crossbow. But
since his buff appears to match this challenge exactly (see the
shot of Dave throwing, below), it looks like that's merely a
later stage of this same challenge.

Survivors ready? Strike a Karate
Kid pose! |

Maybe they'll break from my sheer awesomeness |

Chances of accidental assistance: high |

Jaison throws (not the game) |

Chances of Danger: also high |

Looks like the second round involves shooting
a crossbow at an archery target. Not the most original challenge,
but effective. No idea how many participate (three?), but one
of the finalists appears to be Brett.

Yes, they both favor crossbows, but Chewbacca was slightly
more hairy, and wore a bandolier |

The requisite fake challenge shot. |
So who wins? But Brett's chances appear to
be higher than those of seven of his tribemates.
Update: missyae posts
at Blows that the IC winner is someone from Foa Foa not named
Russell. Assuming (again, since we've still only seen one challenge
as of the day of the show) that this is IC, we'd therefore guess
that it's Jaison, who's the only other Foa Foa shown actively
competing.
