the evidence from the IC vidcaps, it looks like Foa Foa will
make the first trip to Tribal Council (which should please Russell
H).
If so, who would Foa Foa boot first? Traditionally,
the easy first boot would be someone who's an outlier in the
group - old, unfit or adapting poorly to camping life. Mike would
be a fairly easy target - the oldest player, doesn't partake
in the physical portion of either challenge. Although as a chef,
he does have some camp value. Betsy could also
fit, as the oldest woman on the show.
But those are traditional picks. And if CBS
has made anything clear, Russell H appears to be running the
show, at least at this point. Booting weak players doesn't fit
Russell H's stated goal, which is weakening his tribe. Although
it's plausible he might lay low for the first boot or two. And
actually, CBS itself has uploaded a clip
from Ep1 in which Russell
states (as he's dumping water out from the others' canteens):
"I plan on weeding out the weak, right off the bat." If
so, Mike or Betsy would be an obvious target. There's been a
lot of Betsy in the ads, while Mike has been largely invisible.
Even more new Russell H ads show a few people who
are not booted: Ashley and Natalie, since he's in separate alliances
with each of them. Also, each is shown in competing in an Ep3 challenge:

Update: CBS's ninety-fifth Russell H-related video added
this week includes him discussing his three secret final two
alliances with women on his tribe (Ashley, Natalie and Marisa).
So all of them should be safe, at least briefly.
Probst also
highlights Russell H, Ben and Jaison as "huge"
(memorable) characters in his EW interview with
Dalton Ross, so that takes Ben and Jaison out of early boot consideration.
And we've heard Mick lost weight, so he's unlikely to be the
first boot (even if he is the chief of the losing tribe).
That leaves three people as plausible Ep1 boots: Mike (discussed
above), Liz and Betsy. Possibly
in decreasing order of likelihood. We'll go with Mike
for the Ep1 boot.
