So
we've heard that the visit to the cave on Mitiaro is likely
the reward during the family visit, and that this particular
reward probably comes in this episode, with seven contestants
remaining.

CBS helpfully backs us up here: "At the
Reward Challenge, surprise guests arrive to help the Survivors
compete for the opportunity to take part in a local ceremony
and feast." Those family include: Becky's sister (Sarah),
Sundra's mom (Jeanette), and Parvati's dad (Mike). At least,
they're the ones featured in the web promo. We've also heard
that Yul's brother, Adam's dad, Jonathan's wife and Ozzy's
mom show up, as well.

As
far as the challenge goes, looks like pretty standard fare.
The Survivors are blindfolded, and tossing water to their
family members, who apparently catch it
(water? they couldn't have found a way to work in the ubiquitous
puzzle pieces?), pour it into the bucket behind them, until
they eventually send up a flag or something. Who wins?
Well, we've heard Parvati
wins this.
And we see that a formerly blindfolded Parvati appears
to be hugging her dad and beaming. Looks fairly straightforward.

So
who's there for the feast and cave trip? We made some guesses when
the images of the cave were first aired in the post-Ep6 recap.
Since Parvati appears to win, she must be there (we think
that's her coming out of the water in the cave pic). She
takes two other contestants (and family members) with her,
from what we hear.
