Again,
based on the challenge
board, there is a reward challenge of some kind scheduled
here. Which means the
remaining contestants will battle it out for some kind
of "reward" here, while Jeff Probst provides
obvious and/or insulting play-by-play. Don't miss it!
According to TV Guide's month-long
preview for November (as scanned by wolfrider at
TVFanForums, the reward for this episode will be (in
TV Guide's words):
"the semi-annual, alliance-testing boat trip."
So with the weekend ads aired,
there are actually a few challenge shots included, almost
all from the RC. It appears to again be a team-building
affair, with at least Frosti, Erik and Amanda on one
team (yellow), and James, Peih-Gee and Todd on the other
(red). It's unclear whether there are jobs for Courtney
and Denise to do that are unshown, or if Courtney just
gets to join Denise on the "Screw you, you're last picked"
bench again this week.
The challenge appears to be a thrilling game of hacky
sack, using drums instead of feet. We're not really sure
how that works, but the reaction shots post-challenge
(Frosti's handspring over the barrier, versus Todd and
James looking away in disgust) might say something about
the outcome.

So
who wins? Again, Todd does look freshly washed
(and toweled, although that towel may have come from an earlier
excursion) when he complains about his annoying campmates
(at right). But the more relevant part appears to be that
he's complaining because he's trapped with arguing James
and Peih-Gee, away from Amanda, Denise and Erik. We would
say if (at least two of) those latter three weren't around,
who could tell? But apparently Todd can.
So... combined with Frosti's celebratory
leap, and with James and Todd's looks of disappointment,
we'd say Frosti's team wins.
