Editor's Note:  Here at the True Dork Times, we pride ourselves on the diligence and industry of our crack investigative journalism team.  From time to time, they uncover some profoundly important documents that might otherwise have been lost to the dumpsters and shredders of eternity.  Here is one such piece of paper.  We were, like most good Americans, concerned about just how Microsoft was planning to market its brand-now operating system, Windows XP.  Imagine if, due to a poorly-executed advertising campaign, nobody knew about its launch?  Today, Microsoft sales account for close to 97% of the United States' GDP, and a failed endeavour by our brave patriots in Redmond might mean a recession for the country, maybe even the world!  Luckily, this company seems to be incapable of underselling their fine products, as the global dominance of WebTV can attest.  We were further reassured when our stealthy band of spies brought us back this glimpse into Chief Genius Bill Gates' thought process.  We're sure you will be, too:
